Welcome from the President

I suggest that you take advantage of the services of the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration, under the auspices of the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce.

The Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration, which was founded in 1991 by the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce and Prof. Smadar Ottolenghi (of blessed memory), offers the most professional, speedy, and quality resolution services in the field of arbitration and mediation in Israel.

The IICA combines the high caliber professional capabilities of our arbitrators and mediators along with the Institute's organizational capabilities, so that the arbitrator deals with the adjudicative function, while the Institute's administrative staff attends to the administrative aspects of the case.
Among the Institute's arbitrators and mediators are retired judges, lawyers, accountants, appraisers, economists, engineers, and skilled professionals in other fields. The arbitrator's (or mediator's) identity is determined through consultation with the parties, and in every case, a reference to an arbitrator occurs only after the parties agree upon the appointment.

The arbitrations are conducted in a very efficient manner, and most cases end in a matter of 6-9 months from commencement. In addition, the cost of IICA arbitration is not very high, and the parties pay a relatively low, affordable, professional fee.

The IICA is well known and respected throughout the Israeli legal system, as evidenced by the number of cases referred to the Institute by the various Israeli courts, by lawyers, and by the general public.

The Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration is at your service.

Sincerely yours,

Dan Arbel
Judge (Ret.)
